pkr11's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pkr11 account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, pkr11 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where no breach is found, the remaining balance will be returned to the player via their verified payment method.
